Victim Impact Panel
During the Victim Impact Panel (VIP), Drug Free Dickson Coalition offers classes designed to raise awareness about the consequences of impaired driving.
The program will put a ‘face’ to the victims or survivors of drunk and drugged driving by allowing speakers to share how their lives have been tragically altered as a result of someone’s choice to drive impaired.
Victims and survivors affected by impaired driving crashes neither assign blame nor pass judgment, during a VIP. They recount their experiences, describing the impact of the crash on their lives during a candid, non-confrontational presentation for those court-ordered to attend.
